Personal Training

The benefit of personal training is that it is specific to you;  the focus is on your needs so you can achieve your goals.

 

As part of your initial consultation, we will assess your current fitness, and any potential injuries or limitations to exercise. Depending on your goals, we can assess in more detail any muscular imbalances, posture, balance, flexibility, movement, strength, power, speed and stamina.

 

We will provide you with a bespoke training programme according to your fitness goals, whether it is for improving cardiovascular fitness, fat loss, muscle building, sport specific training or taking part in sporting events, and coach you to perform exercises correctly and safely to prevent injury.  Your programme will be progressive and challenging and enable you to become stronger and leaner, with improved stability and flexibility.

1-1 PT sessions: 

Monday - Friday 11am - 5pm

Semi-Private Personal Training

Semi-Private PT is a small personal training group of up to 4 members per class. The aim is to get together like-minded individuals that can support each other during their training! 

Semi-Private members will receive 2 sessions per week, bi-weekly check-ins, nutrition advice and access to an exclusive members group chat!

Semi-Private membership:

2 sessions per week - £125 per month
