Personal Training
The benefit of personal training is that it is specific to you; the focus is on your needs so you can achieve your goals.
As part of your initial consultation, we will assess your current fitness, and any potential injuries or limitations to exercise. Depending on your goals, we can assess in more detail any muscular imbalances, posture, balance, flexibility, movement, strength, power, speed and stamina.
We will provide you with a bespoke training programme according to your fitness goals, whether it is for improving cardiovascular fitness, fat loss, muscle building, sport specific training or taking part in sporting events, and coach you to perform exercises correctly and safely to prevent injury. Your programme will be progressive and challenging and enable you to become stronger and leaner, with improved stability and flexibility.

Semi-Private Personal Training
Welcome to Semi-Private PT, where we create supportive community for fitness enthusiasts! Join our small training group up to 8 members per class and enjoy 3 strength sessions each week, unlimited classes, check-ins, nutrition advice, and access to an exclusive members group chat. If you're ready to elevate your fitness journey alongside like-minded individuals, contact us to discuss our Semi-Private training plan and timetable!
